What we collect

Details you send us (name, business, email, phone, what you need); for clients, the caller phone numbers and messages our tools process on your behalf. On our website we count page visits with GoatCounter, which uses no cookies and stores no personal information.

How we use it

To reply to you, provide and improve your services, bill you, and keep records the law requires. We don't sell personal information.

Who helps us

Trusted providers that process data for us: Twilio (calls and texts); Stripe (payments); Google (email); OpenAI and Anthropic (AI drafting of messages and content). They may only use it to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

While you're a client and as needed afterwards for records; tax and billing records are kept for 7 years; details from people who don't become clients are deleted within 12 months. Ask us any time to delete your information.

Texts and opt-outs

Reply STOP to any automated text to stop receiving them. Opt-outs are honored right away.

How to delete your data

To have your information deleted, including anything from Instagram messages or comments with us, email truenorthlocal993@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" or send us a message on Instagram saying "delete my data". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by reply. Records the law requires us to keep (such as tax records) are kept only for as long as required.
