Birch Lane Heating & Air is a family-owned HVAC business serving Springfield and the towns nearby. We handle furnace repairs, air conditioning service, heat pump installs, and seasonal tune-ups for homes in the area. Our techs spend most of the day on job sites, so we take calls and book appointments by phone. We offer free estimates on new heating and cooling systems. For emergencies after hours on Sunday, we're here to help.

Do you charge for estimates?
No. We give free estimates on new furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps. Call 555-0142 to set one up.
Can you fix my system today?
Sometimes, yes. We do same-day repairs when a tech is free in your neighborhood. Call us to find out. Our hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm, and Saturday 8am to 2pm.
What if I call and no one answers?
Leave a message with your name, number, and what's wrong. We'll call you back. You can also text us and we'll respond.
Do you work on weekends?
We're open Saturday 8am to 2pm for regular service. On Sunday we handle emergency calls only. Call 555-0142.
